No Return Policy for Products Sent as Per Your Order: At BunBinkBliss, we take pride in hand picking your products with love and care to ensure they meet your expectations. As such, we do not offer returns or exchanges for products that have been sent as per your original order.
Replacement for Damaged or Incorrectly Sent Items: We understand that sometimes mishaps can occur during shipping, and we want to make it right for you. If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping or was sent incorrectly, we will happily provide a replacement. However, to process a replacement, we require an unboxing video showcasing the damage or the incorrect item within 24 hours of delivery.
Definition of Damage: For us to consider a product as damaged, it must exhibit clear signs of breakage or significant defects that are evident in the unboxing video. The unboxing video must capture the unpacking process from the beginning to the end, clearly showing the damage incurred during shipping.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds in case you change your mind about a product. Our refund policy applies only to damaged or incorrectly sent items as described earlier.
NoCancellation Policy: We want to clarify that we do not offer a cancellation policy, so please think twice before placing your order. If you request a cancellation, we cannot accommodate it by saying we overlooked your policy. As a small business, we can’t provide cancellations because it financially affects us—we incur payment gateway and website transaction charges on every order. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Undelivered Parcel – We outsource our shipping to trusted courier service companies like Xpressbees, Ekart, and Delhivery. These companies make 3 delivery attempts before initiating an RTO (Return to Origin) if the parcel remains undelivered. If, for any reason, the parcel is returned by the courier, we will only be able to refund the product value. Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable as these situations are beyond our control. As a small business, we already face significant losses due to RTO shipping charges and the risk of products being stuck in transit for months or even lost. We appreciate your understanding!
