What Payment methods do you accept ?

We  accept all major Credit & Debit cards, Gpay, Phonepe,PayTM, UPI, Net Banking. All prices mentioned are in INR (Indian Rupees).

Where can I track my order ?

Once you place your order, You will receive a confirmation mail. Your order will be dispatched within 24 – 48 hours of placing the order and you will receive a tracking link via email or registered mobile number from Shiprocket (our delivery partner). You can then directly track your order using that link.

How many days will it take to deliver my order ?

It depends on your pincode. All the orders are usually delivered within 4-7 days (excluding public holidays). Refer below for estimated delivery time –

Delivery Time from the date of dispatch

  • Delhi/NCR – 1 to 3 days from the date of order dispatch
  • Metro Cities – 3 to 5 days from the date of dispatch
  • Rest of India – 5 to 9 days from the date of dispatch

What happens if my parcel is undelivered and returned to origin (RTO)?

Q: How many delivery attempts does the courier service make?
A: The courier companies we work with, such as Xpressbees, Ekart, and Delhivery, make 3 delivery attempts. If the parcel remains undelivered after these attempts, it will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

Q: What happens if my parcel is marked as RTO?
A: If your parcel is returned due to an RTO, we will only be able to refund the value of the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable in these cases, as we still incur costs for shipping and RTO fees.

Q: Why are shipping charges non-refundable?
A: Shipping charges are non-refundable because the situation is beyond our control. As a small business, we bear significant losses from RTO fees, and in some cases, products can be stuck in transit for months or even lost.

Q: How can I avoid RTO for my parcel?
A: To avoid RTO, please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery attempts. You will also receive notifications from the courier company regarding the delivery status, so please keep an eye on those updates.

Q: Can I get a refund for both the product and shipping charges if the parcel is RTO?
A: No, we can only refund the product value. The shipping charges are non-refundable due to the costs we incur during the shipping process and the additional fees related to RTO.
